The purchase process was smooth and delivery was fast—very happy with that! I just started using the BYE BYE TEAR STAINS Remover on my dog, so it’s still early to tell the full results, but here’s my experience so far:
It does help clean the hardened tear buildup around my dog’s eyes, which is a big plus. However, the brownish stain (especially on cream or white fur) doesn’t completely disappear right away. It seems to remove the buildup better than the discoloration itself.
Also noticed that if I use a bit too much liquid, it tends to bubble up—hopefully that’s normal and not an issue. I’ll continue using it and monitor the results over time.
So far, I think it's a helpful product, but just sharing my early observations for those who are also trying it for the first time 😊
